Class topics will include:

• phases and stages of labor

• comfort techniques

• common interventions

• creating a birth plan

• positions for labor and birth

• immediate postpartum

• newborn procedures

The fee for this class is $175. The class will take place in our office at 2101 West Ave. Unit 101.

Please bring your own lunch, plan to have food delivered, or find a spot nearby.
