The class is 45 minutes of postpartum recovery specific yoga poses, including baby and bonding moments. Breathing techniques will be taught, as well as pelvic floor awareness, connection, and strengthening. Baby should be 12 months and younger.
Stay for the Postpartum Prep workshop following the class free of charge for the Mommy & Me Participants! The workshop (1 hour) will cover everything you need to know to feel strong in your changed body and create a strong foundation as you start moving and/or exercising again.
