Taught by a dad, for dads, this class will teach you skills, answer your questions, and help you start building community. Who doesn’t want to level up their support?! Examples of topics include:
communicating labor progress with your care team
techniques for advocacy and mastering the birth plan
how to be the best support person during labor and early postpartum
communicating and meeting expectations
relationship changes during pregnancy and postpartum
The fee for this class is $100 and includes admission for you and your drink of choice at Thirsty Pups Brewery.
