This Hypnobirthing Workshop will give you the tools you need to practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis for coping with the intensity of the labor process. You will receive instruction from our Certified Hypnobirthing Instructor, and the Hypnobirthing materials bundle which includes a book, learning materials, and instructions to access the tracks necessary to practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis.

This class will consist of one session from 10am to 4pm. Please make sure to bring lunch or have it delivered to the event address.

The fee for this class is $300 for the birthing person and a partner, and includes your materials.
