This Hypnobirthing Workshop will give you the tools you need to practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis for coping with the intensity of the labor process. You will receive instruction from our Certified Hypnobirthing Instructor, and the Hypnobirthing materials bundle which includes a book, learning materials, and instructions to access the tracks necessary to practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis.

This class will consist of two sessions: February 8th and February 15th from 7-9 PM.

The fee for this class is $175, and includes your materials and the two class sessions.
