This Hypnobirthing Workshop will give you the tools you need to practice mindfulness and self-hypnosis for coping with the intensity of the labor process. You will receive instruction from our Certified Hypnobirthing Instructor and the Hypnobirthing materials bundle which includes a book, and 3 CDs with the tracks you need to prepare your body and mind for labor and birth.

This class will consist of two sessions: August 29th and September 5th from 12-2 PM

The fee for this class is $175, and includes your materials and the two class sessions.
